When Refunds or Replacements Are Considered
A refund or replacement will be considered only if ALL conditions below are met:
- The product or service was not delivered or was clearly defective
- The issue is entirely on our side
- Customer bought warranty & in valid duration
No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- User error or incorrect information
- Account bans, wipes, or restrictions
- Platform enforcement or policy changes
- Failure to follow instructions
- Third-party service issues
Abuse & Chargebacks
Attempting a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund abuse will result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Permanent blacklist
- Loss of any ongoing or future services
Final Decision
All refund or replacement decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
